It seems like Mike Ezuruonye is making a big comeback to Nollywood. After taking a break to get married and become a father, the handsome actor seems to be everywhere these days.

He was spotted at Nollywood actress Chika Ike’s Fancy Nancy Collection launch in Abuja. And even though he didn’t make any appearance at Jim Iyke’s Untamed Clothing Line Launch, he made big news when he arrived in style at Chinedu Ikedieze’s traditional marriage.

Now the proud father of a baby boy has stormed a location to shoot a movie many say would thrill movie lovers.

Mike is currently in Owerri on the set of a new movie titled Owelle. The movie being produced by Wisdom Nwankwo and directed by Kalu Anya is about Owelle, a young and talented footballer from a poor family.

According to the movie story, one day Owelle’s talent was discovered by a passing white man who wanted to sign him for a whopping 3 million pounds. But on the eve of the signing day, his two brothers (played by Mike Ezuruonye and Johnpaul Nwadike) were engaged in a serious fight and in the process Johnpaul threw a bottle at Mike and it mistakenly hit Owelle, leading to serious heart bleeding.
