You all know him as Nollywood’s bad boy, but come December, he will be doing good things in Kenya. Movie actor Jim Iyke will be travelling to Kenya for a two-day visit of the Make A Change Campaign charity projects.

He will join Kenyan model and humanitarian Ciru Maina who currently graces the cover of the November edition of the American Amoize magazine.

Iyke, who has just signed a mega reality TV deal for his show titled Jim Iyke Unscripted, will be in Nairobi on December 6 and 7. He will then head to Kampala for the Ugandan Film Festival and Awards scheduled for December 8-15.

The reality show is a joint production of Africa Magic and Oh Africa TV and it will be aired for one year. The deal, brokered by Iyke’s UK-based manager Christopher Grey, will net the star “millions of dollars”.

Grey, the founder of Greyology Inc, is the brains behind the Make a Change campaign. “Jim Iyke is doing his reality show and he is a UN goodwill ambassador.

His supporting of the Make A Change campaign will go a long way in creating awareness about the cause,” Grey said. “We hope that his popularity in Kenya and across the continent will ensure Make A Change projects reaches the broadest audience and his visit to Kiandutu Primary School in Thika will inspire the children.”

Dancehall queen Cecile and Grey, who is a multi-award winning creative director and artiste manager, started the Make A Change Campaign.

Cecile, who recently had a baby, is set to visit Nairobi and Mombasa with Mavado and other Jamaican stars to support Make A Change Campaign charity projects early next year.
