Following his much publicized and controversial marital issues involving his breakup with wife Sophia, and consequent claim to a relationship Nuella Nwagbo, Tchidi was also said to have added an extra ice to the spin ball after reportedly doubting being the father to his children with Sophia.

In a quick rebuttal however, the ace director has refuted such claims as untrue;

“My heart broke when I read the interview. I love my kids so much and will never say a thing to hurt them. Those boys are precious to me. I still respect what I and Sophia shared and will never say anything to run her down.”

He also urged readers to disregard such malicious stories and will grant an extensive interview o detail the whole episode when the time is ripe.
